Ajay Devgn's Drishyam 3 Announcement Teaser Is Ready

Mumbai, September 30 - Bollywood star Ajay Devgn is set to return as Vijay Salgaonkar in the third installment of the blockbuster crime suspense thriller franchise, Drishyam. After scroing the big success with the first two parts, the franchise is set to be concluded with Drishyam 3. While the news about Drishyam 3 has already been reported in the media, the official announcement of the same is around the corner. According to the latest reports, a 1 minute and 17 seconds announcement promo of Drishyam 3 has been censored by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) on September 29. The announcement of the movie is expected to be made in the next couple of days as the makers set to begin shooting on October 2nd. Abhishek Pathak will return to direct the third installment which will also feature the original cast of Tabu, Shriya Saran, Ishita Dutta, Mrunal Jadhav, and Rajat Kapoor alongwith Akshaye Khanna. Produced by Panorama Studios, Viacom18 Studios, and T-Series, Drishyam 3 has been scheduled to release on October 2, 2026, on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. 'Drishyam 2' Hindi Cast To Reunite For 'Drishyam 3'

Mumbai, July 9 - Bollywood star Ajay Devgn is gearing up for the final chapter of the crime suspense thriller franchise, Drishyam, which begins filming this October and releases in theatres worldwide on October 2, 2026, on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. ## Directed by Abhishek Pathak, Drishyam 3 will reunite the cast of Drishyam 2. According to the report by Pinkvilla, actress Tabu, who has been a big part of the movie and featured in the first two movies, will return alongside Akshaye Khan, who featured in the second movie, for the third film. ## It is said that director Pathak recently discussed the idea of Drishyam 3 with Tabu and Khanna, and the actors were bowled over by the unpredictability of the screenplay, and instantly agreed to come on board the upcoming film. ## The report further stated that Drishyam 3 will most likely be the final film of the franchise, centring on the three main characters portrayed by Ajay Devgn, Tabu, and Akshaye Khanna. Box Office: 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha' and 'Ulajh' Head For Low Opening

Mumbai, August 1 - The first collaboration between Bollywood star Ajay Devgn and acclaimed director Neeraj Pandey, a romantic thriller Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha is finally hitting the big screens on August 2. The movie also features Tabu, Saiee Manjrekar, and Shantanu Maheshwari in key roles. ## Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha was one of the most anticipated movies at the time of its announcement in October 2022 but with just a few hours left for the release, there is hardly any buzz for the movie despite the involvement of the top names in it and multiple delays. ## There have been many films, featuring known stars over the last few years which shockingly scored low openings and as things stand currently, AMKDT is heading for the same fate. The pre-sales of the movie are extremely poor, as expected, in the lines of Akshay Kumar's Selfiee. ## As far as the domestic box office opening of the movie is concerned, things are not looking good with the expected start in the range of 2-3 crores. A lot will depend on word of mouth, but even the positive reception is unlikely to change much as there is very little room for the movie to score due to its subject and tight competition with new as well as strong holdovers.## With AMKDT, there is Janhvi Kapoor-fronted thriller Ulajh is releasing on August 2nd and despite the well-received trailer, the movie has failed to generate any sort of buzz. As for box office prospects of Ulajh, things are looking even worse than the Ajay Devgn-fronted.## Depending on word of mouth and walk-ups, Ulajh is heading to take the opening in the range of 1-2 crores net, which is one of the lowest of the year. Mumbai, June 19 - Director Rajesh A Krishnan's Crew has become the most-watched Indian film of 2024 on Netflix, surpassing the total reported viewership of Aamir Khan's production venture, Laapataa Ladies in just 24 days. ## The heist comedy, starring Tabu, Kareena Kapoor, and Kriti Sanon, Crew added 1.2 million views from June 10 - June 16, taking its total views to 17.9 million in 24 days. Laapataa Ladies had scored 17.1 million views during its stay in the top 10 on Netflix and is now the second most-watched Indian title of the year. ## Crew premiered on Netflix on May 24 after completing 8 weeks of the theatrical run with over 150 crores in gross collection at the worldwide box office. Mumbai, June 5 - Director Rajesh A Krishnan's heist comedy Crew starring Tabu, Kareena Kapoor, and Kriti Sanon is turning out to be a big success on Netflix after emerging as one of the biggest box office successes of the year. ## Crew premiered on Netflix on May 24 after completing 8 weeks of the theatrical run with over 150 crores in gross collection at the worldwide box office. On its Netflix premiere, the movie scored 5.4 million views in the opening weekend, taking one of the best starts of the year for an Indian title. ## The movie's viewership shot up in the second week (May 27 - June 2) as it scored 8.9 million views. In 10 days so far, Crew has generated 14.3 million views and become the third most-watched Indian movie of the year on Netflix. Mumbai, May 10 - The heist comedy Crew starring Tabu, Kareena Kapoor, and Kriti Sanon has topped 150 crores gross collection at the worldwide box office, becoming just the third Bollywood movie of the year after Fighter and Shaitaan to achieve the feat. ## Directed by Rajesh A Krishnan, the movie continues to score well in India due to the lack of competition. In its 6th week, Crew scored approximately 2.10 crores net (2.50 crores gross) pushing the total collection to 80.90 crores net (95.50 crores gross) in 42 days. ## Overseas, Crew has grossed an estimated 55 crores for worldwide 150+ crores. Starring Tabu, Kriti Sanon, and Kareena Kapoor, the movie is getting benefitted from the lean phase of new movies. ## Directed by Rajesh Krishnan, Crew minted approximately 3 crores net, dropping around 24% in its 5th week.
